Thank you for purchasing original artwork, commissions or prints from Makayla Raynes Refined Art. The following is about shipping and postage, please have a good read and follow carefully.

Postage Times
Prints and original art works will generally be processed within 3-7 business days, once full payment has been received.

New Zealand Post
timeframe is 2-5 business days after dispatch.

Please understand that the NZ Post timeframe is an estimate, as shipping may vary during holiday periods, public holidays, weather, courier delays, and possibly other circumstances out of their control and out of the control of Makayla Raynes Refined Art. You will be informed when your print has been delivered to dispatch.

New Zealand Shipping
New Zealand wide shipping available. Postage cost depends on size, weight, packaging requirements and delivery of location. This price will be added to the checkout process and/or added to your invoice for final payment. Please allow additional time for rural deliveries.

Packaging
All artwork is protected with packaging before shipping, so it is suitable for transport.

Depending on the size and type of artwork that is being shipped different packaging may be required. Protective sleeves, backing boards, protective rigid mailer, cardboard corners, boxes, and other protective materials if needed.

Please handle prints, commissions and originals with care when removing them from packaging to avoid bending, scratches, marking or any other possible damage.

Address of Delivery
Clients/Customers are responsible for providing Makayla Raynes Refined Art the complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please make sure to double check your address details are correct before confirming your purchase.

If an order was to return to Makayla Raynes Refined Art with incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the client, additional charges for postage may incur before the order is resent.

If you do notice that you have made an error and the package has not yet been sent, please contact Makayla Raynes Refined Art as soon as possible. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been dispatched. Makayla Raynes Refined Art is not liable or responsible for incomplete or inaccurate addresses given by the client/customer.

Tracking
All artwork will have tracked shipping where available. Details of tracking will be provided once orders have been shipped by the post.

Delayed or Missing Post
If your delivery did not arrive, has been delayed or lost, please check the tracking information if provided.Otherwise contact Makayla Raynes Refined Art, as we can investigate the matter with the postal service used. 

Please keep in mind Makayla Raynes Refined Art is not liable for any damaged or lost items during transit, and each delivery is packaged carefully to protect it. We will provide assistance with these matters where possible.

Photos of any damaged items are to be taken within 48 hours. After the 48 hours it may not be possible for Makayla Raynes Refined Art to lodge a claim with the postal service.

Client Pick up
Clients are welcome to come and pick up their Items/deliveries by arrangement. Location details will be provided in this case.
